IT (Information Technology)
Technology is one of the main interests of Dar al-Tifel al-Arabi Society. Therefore, it seeks to provide constant updating to attain advanced levels in education. It also strives to provide the staff and students with the required tools to have all technical means that help them raise their level of performance and their future effective engagement in the society.
As technology evolved to become a daily pattern in the scholar life, the Society made sure to provide electronic interactive boards used in all classrooms, from 1st grade up to high school classes. There are a total of 26 electronic boards to consolidate the interactive learning process in the school.
The school contains two developed computer labs. The first is allocated for students in the primary school, while the second is allocated for the use of high school students. Both labs are equipped with the latest machines, central servers with a trade mark and a total of 50 computers supplied with software with a Microsoft license, all for the use of students and teachers. Furthermore, all machines are connected to the internet.
The role of the IT section increased with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, as it became essential to depend on online learning (via Zoom). The section also provides maintenance services, monitoring the network, registration systems, grades and school reports (certificates).
