The library offers the opportunity to borrow books in adherence to adopted policies and regulations. It offers researchers the possibility to keep the reference for the period required for their research or study outside the library. All books are available for borrowing except for some categories such as: Arabic and foreign references, Arabic and foreign journals, scientific researchers and thesis, special chains, information storage tools (such as CD-ROM), books with one copy only and consumed books that need special maintenance, and original manuscripts.

The library invites anyone who is interested to subscribe as a member following its system.
